The second part of the textbook includes works of different genres of Russian and foreign writers. The purpose of the textbook is to arouse an interest in reading and literature from younger students, to form universal educational actions. Its content allows you to improve reading skill, enrich the reader's experience of third -graders and conduct differentiated training, taking into account the level of training of each student. Particular attention is paid to the development of the main types of speech activity (listening, reading, speaking), acquaintance of schoolchildren with literary concepts. Corresponds to the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education.
