The textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and introduces graduates with the fate and work of the largest Russian and foreign writers of the 21st century. The literature course in grade 11 will help high school students to comprehend such topics as the role of language in society, the culture of speech, the image and means of its content in a work of art. Performing tasks after each academic topic, knowing well the texts of the works of art, eleventh graders will be able to create essays different in style and genre - essays, abstracts, annotations, reviews, competently draw up theses, prepare the project. The textbook is widely represented by a historical and cultural context. The methodological apparatus was redesigned and supplemented in it, biographical information was updated, an illustrative series was expanded and art design was improved.
