The textbook is intended for children with disabilities and ensures the implementation of the requirements of the adapted basic general education program in the subject “Mathematics” in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the Education of Students with Intellectual Disorders. The textbook consists of two parts and is a logical continuation of the mathematics textbook for grade 1. The system of educational tasks, presented in the textbook, is aimed not only at the formation of students' mathematical knowledge and skills, but also at the correction of their psychophysical development. Part 1 considers such topics as the numbering of numbers of the second ten, addition and subtraction without transition through a dozen, increase and decrease the number by several units; A new measure of length is introduced - a decimeter, students are acquainted with a ray and an angle; Much attention is paid to work on a simple arithmetic task. Illustrations help students to clearly represent the material being studied. The composition of the training set in mathematics for grade 2 includes a workbook.
