Textbook. GEF. Physical culture, 2021 Grade 8-9. Matveev A.P.

The textbook contains information about the main areas of physical culture in modern society - physical education, sports and applied, about the forms of classes of health -improving physical culture and types of sports training, adaptive and medical physical culture. Particular attention is paid to the correction of posture and physique, recovery massage, and the organization of tourist campaigns. The textbook is designed for two years of study. For each class, the topics of two parts of the program are presented: “Knowledge of physical culture” and “Methods of independent activity”. The material of the third part is “physical improvement” for two classes together. Information about mandatory tests and tests of choosing the fourth stage (age group from 13 to 15 years) of the All-Russian physical and sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (TRP) is given. The textbook is written in accordance with the approximate work program of A.P. Matveev in physical education.
