A textbook on the Russian language for the eighth grade was created in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of basic general education, the concept of teaching the Russian language and literature in the Russian Federation, and the Russian language in the Russian language. The textbook is addressed to the thinking student and creative teacher. “The Russian language is the language of the Russian people” - a common theme for the eighth grade. Comparison of the Russian language system with other language systems will help students comprehend the identity of the Russian consciousness. Interest in the history of the culture of their people will arouse interest in the native language. The texts of the patriotic and moral orientation have become the basis for the formation of the speech environment of the manual. Communication with objects such as history, geography, biology will demonstrate the connection of the subject with life and will help successfully learn the concepts of linguistics. The textbook has an orientation apparatus, including the instructive introduction of “how to work with a textbook”, the table of contents, the necessary column. The text is laconically placed on colorful turns, tasks-research and additional materials on the fields will interest students, activate work in the classroom and gradually prepare eighth-graders for serious types of linguistic activity. In the practical part of the paragraph, exercises are given. They are focused on different types of work: oral and written, independent and under the leadership of the teacher. The simplicity or complexity of the exercises is determined by the different level of training of students in the subject. The new approach presented in the manual will give students an impulse to an independent search for answers to questions of interest to them.
