The material of the textbook is built as a tour of the modern city, during which schoolchildren get acquainted with the work of city enterprises and professions of people. Pupils investigate the properties of materials and use them when performing products, learn to perform a drawing, master and improve various techniques and technologies (paper applique, fabric, tapestry, sewing soft toys, bead, testoplasty, origami, design and modeling from paper, designer, designer, designer natural materials, binding work). In the work on the project “Preparing the performance”, children get acquainted with the capabilities of computer programs Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint, use them to prepare for the project to protect. The processed textbook introduced a clear division into themes and lessons, which will help the teacher plan the educational process, the illustrative material has been finalized, topics related to the development of drawing skills, and labor-intensive and difficult to manufacture the product (from straws, wires, papa-mash) are replaced to those available to third -graders.
