A French language textbook for grade 3 of the line “Your Friend French Language” is addressed to students of general educational organizations that learn French as a basic foreign language, starting from grade 2. The purpose of the course “Your Friend French language” is the development of the student’s personality by means of a foreign language and the formation of the ability to intercultural and interpersonal communication. The textbook is based on a communicative-activity teaching method that activates various types of speech activity using creative methodological techniques. The features of these textbooks include the following: • introducing the child to the language and culture of France with the help of creative methodological techniques, games, entertaining tasks. • The development of semantic reading as an important communicative skill based on fragments from the children's fiction of France - fairy tales, plays, stories, accessible to this age. • A variety of sociocultural information about Russia and France, awakening interest in the country of the language being studied, expanding the horizons of students. • An audio application with records of dialogs, texts for reading, poems, songs, counters contributing to the formation of the correct French pronunciation and the natural melodics of speech from the very beginning of training. • Additional motivation in the study of the French language - vivid entertaining illustrations, modern design design.
