The modern science of the beginning of the 21st century has encountered the problem that truth, as a representation of reality, in scientific knowledge inevitably turns out to be multivariate and contradictory. The reason for this is non -confusion, anthropomorphism of science created by mankind, since the form of human thinking that arose during evolution through judgments is specific and therefore obviously inadequately reflects reality. Structure is, apparently, the only thing that is available to study in the framework of scientific knowledge. Indeed, modern physics represents matter precisely as a hierarchy of structures, and even a mass is a structure. Life can also be characterized as a self -reproducing structure. In the humanities, it is the structure - social relations - the most conservative and defines the social system as such. Therefore, the concept of structuralism, which developed at the beginning of the 20th century as applied to a number of humanitarian disciplines, claims to become a general methodology of modern science, including natural
sciences. The key position is the recognition of the self -sufficiency of the structure from the perspective of not only epistemology, but also ontology. In particular, this assumes that structures can exist without a carrier and in themselves correlate with each other. The book mainly analyzes the example of mathematics and theoretical physics as the most fundamental sections of science, but the economy is also affected.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers interested in the problems of modern science.
