Tommaso Bueno is a doctor of philology, who received a diploma of Florentine University. For 20 years he taught the Italian language and the culture of Italy at the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Victoria Andreevna Kudinova - member of the Coordinating Council of the Association of Italian Language Teachers in Russia (AILI), for more than 20 years is a teacher of Moscow State University. Evgenia Gennadievna Grushevskaya - teacher of Moscow State University and RANEPA, author of a number of textbooks.

Each lesson begins with communicative tasks, followed by a grammatical block, which explains the rules in Russian and Italian, with a large number of examples. To consolidate the knowledge gained, exercises and text are given, answers are placed at the end of the publication. The final section of the lesson introduces readers to various aspects of the culture of Italy and contains regional information. As an addition, authentic video clips are offered.
