The tank isolated (NKI Ø 6.5 mm) 1.5-2.5 mm² Rexant is designed to create a high-quality connection of electrical equipment, which is carried out through a contact connection based on screw fixation. Such a terminal is used to end the multi-core copper wires when installing mobile electrical contact connections on a rolling stock (car, car, airplane, airplane and shipbuilding) or in other places where the reliability of the connection (for example, telephone or climatic equipment) is important. Rexant's isolated ring tip consists of two components: a metal connector and a protective insulator. The metal connector is made of copper, with superficial electrolytic pounding, and the insulator of the terminal of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which reliably protects the place of the cable. The squeezing is carried out by special press rolls (ht-301 h art. 12-3014, 12-3014; ht-301 n art.12-3116, 12-3117, 12-3016, 12-3016-4; ht-301 w art.12-3021, 12-3021-4, 12-3121) on top of the protective insulator. The use of isolated ring tips makes it possible to significantly accelerate electrical work, while the possibility of multiple disconnection and accession of wires.
