This manual presents materials for thematic correctional and developmental classes with first-graders of the course "RPS" ("Development of cognitive abilities") for a mass school. Each lesson is a combination of correctional-developing exercises with a variety of cognitive material. Classes submitted in a playful way contribute to relaxed correction and development of the mental qualities of schoolchildren, the formation of general intellectual skills, expanding horizons, developing cognitive abilities, and ultimately to achieve good results in study. Particular value materials of workbooks in combination with a methodological manual for them have for teachers and psychologists of correctional and auxiliary schools working with children who have difficulties in learning associated with an insufficiently formed emotional-volitional sphere.

Workbooks are addressed to first -class students (6–7 years old) of mass schools.
