The main goal of the simulator is to teach third-graders meaningful and productive work with popular science text. The skills of such work are checked by students in the process of writing all-Russian verification work in the Russian language (part 2, Tasks 6-14). In the process of teaching the semantic reading in younger students, skills should be formed: to understand, analyze, compare and modify the text, post texts, make a plan for a brief and detailed retelling, select keywords, convert the text into a table or cluster, generate this text, t. e. the text is created for its goals and objectives. In this book, all tasks are aimed precisely at the formation of these skills.

The work on teaching semantic reading must be carried out in the system, complicating techniques, methods of reading and processing information from class to class. It is the presence of confident skills in working with a popular science text that will allow the student to successfully write a VPR in the Russian language at the end of grade 3, to feel confident and keep up with all subjects in high school.
