A textbook was developed by joint efforts of specialists from Kaspersky Laboratory, an international company specializing in the development of protection systems from various cyberosis, and JSC Publishing House of Education - the largest publishing house of educational literature in Russia. The educational material of the manual is designed for students in grades 7-9. This manual introduces possible dangers when going to the Internet and teaches ways to neutralize them. The material of the manual is based on life experience of both ordinary Internet users and specialists in the field of IT technologies. The content of the manual has a modular structure. Each module is designed for one class and can be implemented in schools in the framework of mandatory extracurricular activities. Training classes are proposed in the form of individual and group work, practical work, training projects. The material of the manual will not only introduce the student to modern information security problems, but will also help in choosing a topic for independent research. The proposed manual implements the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and provides the organization of extracurricular activities in a primary school.
