The proposed manual provides the organization of extracurricular activities in grades 8-9 and implements the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The manual will ensure that the problems of additional education in the field of awareness of the child about his own health and promotion of a healthy lifestyle; The direct familiarization of participants with innovative methods of studying the main parameters of the life of their body. The workshop is aimed at the formation of a positive attitude towards its health in all its levels in the younger generation: cognitive, emotional and motivational-behavioral. Practical classes are developed with the possibility of applying the latest Russian IT-technologies for monitoring and evaluating the most important health parameters. The measured health parameters are fixed and entered in the archive of the statistics of each child and are always available for viewing and analysts, both as a child and adults (teacher, parent).
