1930, the times of British colonial rule in India. After the death of her husband, Eliza decides to devote himself to his career. A young widow is a talented photographer, and when she is offered to go to India for a year in order to capture scenes from the life of the ruling dynasty in one of the principalities, she readily clutches for this opportunity to prove herself.
