Woods for Wood ProSept 50 - concentrate for the production of bleaching trains. Effectively removes wood -colored mushrooms, mold and bleaching gray coating. 

The product returns the wood natural, without violating its properties and structure. 

The bleach can be used to process wooden containers and pallets, which are used to store and transport food products. 

The mechanism of action: Prospept 50 bleach is a highly effective composition of active substances based on chlorine -containing compounds. Active chlorine ions penetrate well into the surface of the wood and effectively bleach wood -colored mushrooms (blue) and a gray plaque at a depth of 3 mm, without destroying the surface of the wood. 

The main feature of the bleach is the high speed of action (reaction) and rapid decomposition. 

The complete decomposition of the drug occurs within 12–24 hours at a temperature of +20 ° C. At lower temperatures, the decomposition rate is reduced in proportion to a decrease in air temperature. After this time, wood can be processed, glued, stained and saturated with any compounds. 

Application:

• For wood processing, it is necessary to dilute the drug with water in the ratio of 1: 1. Depending on the intensity of the lesion and ambient temperature, you can use both a 50 % aqueous solution of the drug and its concentrate. 
• Wood processing is carried out by applying the drug with a brush or a roller with a synthetic pile. 
• The discoloration of pigmentation occurs from 20 minutes to several hours, depending on the depth of the lesion, the nature of wood and ambient temperature. If the penetration depth of wood -colored fungi is more than 3 mm or air temperature below +10 ° C, then two -time processing may be required. 
• In rare cases, after treating the drug (usually at low temperatures), a dried wood surface may contain a small amount of crystalline salt, which is easy to remove with a rag or a damp cloth. 
• In order to prevent re -development of wood infection, it is recommended to treat wood with antiseptic compounds. 
• Wood bleaching should be carried out in well -ventilated rooms or outdoors at a temperature of at least +5 ° C.

Consumption: 150–200 g/m².

Composition: water, chlorine -containing compound, stabilizer, catalyst.
