The team of the Department of Radio Diagnostics of the FSBU DPO RMANPO of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has prepared the textbook “Children's ultrasound diagnostics”. The main employees of the department, as well as authors from Moscow, Khabarovsk, Tver, Perm, Vladimir, took part in the work. The textbook consists of several volumes. In it, the authors tried to state the most tested time and new data of ultrasound diagnostics in gastroenterology, endocrinology, orthopedics, minulology, echocardiography, neurosonography, in the study of the spinal cord of newborns, as well as new material on the pathology of the spleen, the thylchic gland, pulmonary pathology in the newborn. P>
The first volume of the textbook is dedicated to children's gastroenterology. The possibilities of echography, Doppler technologies in the assessment of the liver, gall bladder, bile ducts, pancreas, stomach with abdominal segment of the esophagus, colon, and acute abdominal syndrome are considered in detail. Much attention is paid to issues of emergency neonatal surgery. A separate section of the first volume is devoted to liver transplantation in children, the “normal” development of the transplant, and possible complications. A large number of echograms, tables, radiographs, drawings are presented.
The publication is intended for doctors of departments of ultrasonic diagnostics, pediatricians, neonatologists, children's surgeons.
