The fourth volume of the textbook on ultrasonic diagnostics in pediatrics is devoted to children's gynecology. In many ways, he repeats the materials of the famous and popular monograph, which came out several years ago at the Vidar publishing house. But this book provides completely new statistics on the size of the internal genital organs in girls of various age groups. In another aspect, acute diseases of the abdomen and pelvis are presented with the possibility of a certain differential diagnosis. Considering that in our country the decreed children's age was shifted to 18 years, according to the numerous requests of doctors of children's medical institutions, a new chapter on ultrasound diagnostics during pregnancy is given. For pediatricians, this is in many ways a completely new material. We repeatedly used a large layer of illustrative material, however, in the presented textbook for the first time in large quantities, unique echograms are published on congenital pathology, acute diseases, and the development options for the internal genital organs.
