The book is dedicated to a group of spotted and urticar dermatoses - one of the most numerous in terms of the number of incoming nosological forms. Issues of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases manifested by spots and blisters are considered taking into account the latest achievements of dermatovenerology. Particular attention in the leadership is given to the description of the clinical picture of spotted and Urticar dermatoses and the key aspects of their diagnosis. The detailed coverage of the issues of dermatoses therapy was not a priority task of the authors and is presented in the manual in an abbreviated format.

The manual was developed in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of training (specialty "Dermatovenerology") of residents, graduate students , students of continuing medical education systems for continuous medical education.
