The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for students of higher education institutions studying in the specialty 33.05.01 "Pharmacy". In volume 2, at the modern scientific and methodological level, relevant information on the organization of provision of medical property in emergency situations is set out. The main tasks and principles of supplying medical property of the medical defense forces in wartime, the All -Russian Medicine Medicine Service of Catastrophe and the Population in Emergency Situations of Peaceful Time are considered. Modern ideas are given about the role of the toxicological service and medical protection in the organization and conduct of measures by the state system of prevention and elimination of emergency situations. The most relevant damaging factors of the population in emergency situations are highlighted, as well as modern ways of assisting victims.
