This textbook is the sixth in a series of textbooks on solfeggio for children's music schools under the general name "We play, compose and sing." As in previous issues, it uses excerpts from the music of Russian and foreign composers, folk songs, as well as songs composed by students of the authors. Musical material is systematized in sections that correspond to the main theoretical topics studied in the sixth grade of the Children's School. According to the authors, each half -year completes musical examples for singing from a sheet. Instead of the already traditional section “Our Orchestra”, a musical application for singing with accompaniment is published - seven different in nature and degree of complexity of vocal works.
