The 14th volume of the culinary dictionary included articles on the letters f, x, c and h, from the word forge to the Chuf (it is edible): for example, an extensive article about the history of French cuisine and describing the culinary specialists of the franchok, Chile and the Czech Republic, the history of the Caesar salad, the recipes of Scottish haggis, strawberry milling, fricando and fricas, fishing and blueberry dishes.
There are also many stories about great people from the field of cooking: Julia Child, Erika Freshona, Sergius Hermane. Most of the articles of the French publication are supplemented by vast comments of scientific editors of the Russian -speaking publication and thoroughly illustrated.
