The sixth volume of the gastronomic encyclopedia “Laruss” included articles on the letters L and M, from Labardan to Marai, and, according to the already established tradition for this unique publication, Tom is supplemented by an impressive volume of footnotes and comments from the scientific editors of the Russian edition. The abundance of illustrative material made the Russian -speaking version of Laruss Gastronomik a full -scale illustrated encyclopedia.
